About Claude R. Narcisse

An experienced attorney in the technology industry, Claude Narcisse currently serves as a Patent Attorney and Consultant for Patent Analytic Strategies, LLC, in New Jersey. In this position, he focuses on providing strategic guidance on intellectual properties matters for small to mid-size companies such as the Austria-based company Alset Global. He works closely with the company’s CEO to develop intellectual property and licensing strategies for hydrogen based technology. As the company’s U.S. Patent Counsel, he has drafted a number of patent applications based on internal combustion engine technology that is both environmentally friendly and safe. Beyond his career with Patent Analytic Strategies, Claude  Narcisse also currently serves as Of Counsel for Sutton Magidoff LLP in New York City.
Claude  Narcisse established his career in 1981 as an electrical engineer. Working for several different companies, he gained diverse experience writing software and designing circuits in the field of communication technology. In 1991, he transitioned into the legal field, joining Hopgood, Calimafde et al. as an Associate. In 1996, he focused his legal career in the area of patent prosecution when he joined Lucent Technologies as Corporate Counsel. More recently, Mr. Narcisse has served as a Shareholder in the New York Intellectual Property Department for Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and as a Partner at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer in New York City.
Claude  Narcisse is a graduate of Columbia University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He subsequently concentrated on the study of computer science as a master’s student at Polytechnic University, completing his Master’s in Computer Science in 1988. Continuing his education at the Rutgers University School of Law, he completed his Juris Doctor in 1991.
